The Sunrise Formula
Isaiah 45:2, “He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?”

Waking up from a truly good night's sleep feels amazing. Your body feels rested, your mind is clear, and you are ready to tackle the day ahead.
So, now your eyes are open, you've pushed back the cover; The day begins. What better way to start than this simple prayer...
“Take me Lord as holy thine. I lay all my plans at thy feet. Use me today in thy service. Abide with me, and let all my works be formed in thee.” Ellen G. White
Now, before you reach for your phone to “get awake”, before starting your quiet time with Jesus. I have always liked this saying, “Live your life so in tune with Jesus that when your feet hit the floor, the devil says, ‘Oh no! They're up!”
Sheila Walsh said, “Good morning, Lord! I don't know where you are going today, but wherever you're going, I'm coming with you!”
It's time to get up and have a good morning.

Today may be a good one or a rough one. Decide to face it with joy. Find joy in the small moments. Focus on things you can control and let God have the rest. Start your day with gratitude. Through the day find moments to be still and rest your mind.
Now you're off to a good start finding joy in Jesus and the day ahead of you. As you get ready for your day don't forget your morning juice blend 😊 Don't sip on yesterday's worries, mistakes, storms, or trials. Enjoy his freshly squeezed love for you today.

Allowing God to steal your anxious heart wrapping you in calm no matter what the day brings or storms that come. Know that tomorrow is held securely in God's hands.
- Lastly, garnish with Grace- 2 Corinthians 12:9
Covering every moment, even the ones that don't go as planned. God's grace is enough to carry you through every trial.
Mix together and sip on it letting it carry you through today; Refreshed, strengthened, and reminded that you are loved and engraved on the palm of His hand. No matter what's ahead, God already handcrafted it with a purpose, and He's walking it with you.
Before you walk out the door or as you start your car, pray these three things:
· 1st I don't know what battles I'll face today, but I know you go before me. Strengthen my heart and spirit so I may stand firm in faith.
· 2nd Lord, without you I am nothing. Guide my steps today from morning till night, according to your perfect plan.
· 3rd Lord, fill me with your Holy Spirit, protect me from evil and remind me you're always with me.
I'm not saying you'll have the perfect day now and you won't still face trials or struggles. But with Jesus in your heart, mind, and soul, you will be able to face whatever the day brings. And hopefully today will be a good day, calm, stress-free day. But, come what may, the Lord is with you. So, invite Him in today.
Following are a couple more prayers I have used that we can pray throughout the day or in the morning and then one when we go to bed.
Lord, close the doors I don't need to walk through today. Open the doors I do. Steer me away from people I don't need to deal with today. Put people in my path that I do. And Lord, don't let me waste my time.
Show me your ways, oh Lord, teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me. For you are the God of my salvation, on you I wait all the day.
Dear Lord, as this day is coming to an end, please help me to relax and let go of all my stress. I ask for your peace over take my heart and embrace my dreams and sleep. May your words and promises quiet the worried and anxious thoughts that fill my head. I give you all the things that are beyond my control and trust them in your hands. I give You thanks in advance for all you do. In Jesus name come I pray, amen.
