There is a children's Bible song that goes "My God is so great, so strong and so mighty there's nothing my God cannot do..."
There is so much truth in this song we teach our children. God is strong, God is powerful and God can do anything. If He wants the mountains to move all He says is move and they do. In six days all He did was speak and our world was created. While Jesus walked this earth in God's power He healed the sick, raised the dead, multiplied food, even walked on water.
Now my husband is not that powerful but he is a strong man, his strength is more of an ox then many men. So logically I depend on his strength to open bottles I can't, move heavy furniture, even protect me if the need came around. As strong as my husband is and how I depend on him, I am blessed so much more knowing I serve a God who is more powerful than my husband. Physically my husband can help but when I need the power of a God who can move mountains, I find so much more comfort and hope in things that might come my way.
There is nothing God cannot do and when we put our faith in Him and depend on Him to help us through life we will see the miracles that those who walked with Jesus saw. Trust your family God has given you but depend on God to take care of you.
